We provide comprehensive technical services primarily to Energy sector including Oil and Gas, Renewables Energy, Solar, and general industry. Our clientele encompasses major Field Operators, Plant Owners, EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) contractors and global engineering design consultancies.

    • Assist to complete new and pending project.
    • Responsible for all Process Safety issues and deliverables primarily during FEEDs and the Detailed Design Phase. Meeting Project deadlines and milestones for deliverables, Liaising with Project Management and Client.
    • Shall develop conceptual safety engineering design, detail process safety engineering design with desired outcome of providing safe and cost effective engineering solution
    • Responsible for process safety engineering design with consideration of layer of protection & inherently safer design including facility sitting, layout & spacing, drain age and released system, isolation strategy in line with instrumentation and control system and also developing safety critical equipment.
    • Expertise and guidance to the Project and ensure the appropriate quality of design safety studies (e.g.EIA, HAZID, HAZOP, Risk Assessments, QRA, MAR).
    • Ensure that all process safety elements of the project are conducted in alignment with the clients project processes (MPcp) and other HSSE Standards, Practices and guidelines
    • Preparation of technical reports, supervising others, managing the workflow and ensuring that man hour budgets are not exceeded.

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent from a recognized and accredited Technical School, College or University.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in process safety engineering design for offshore platform and onshore plants, simulation experience, compression and gas processing system, pipeline hydraulics, preparation of PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, SAFE Charts ,utility studies including Flare & Blowdown.
    • At least 2-3 years of design experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Petro-Chemical Plants, Oleo-chemical plants and other related industries.
    • Strong technical/ engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards such as NFPA, API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, UKOOA, IP code.
    • Must be computer literate (Ms Office, HYSYS, pipesim, pipenet, PHAST, OLGA, Ledaflow, Flarenet, FRED, QRA).
    • Professional level in HSE, i.e. CSP or fellowship from IOSH is an advantage.

Senior Instrument Designer

    • Ensure all instrumentation system are designed in accordance with the basis of design and relevant codes and specifications.
    • Prepare project drawings and documents and documents using the appropriate software.
    • • Inter-discipline liaison for input/ output throughout the duration of the project, which includes IDC reviews, gathering information from disciplines, vendor document review and other tasks required to complete the work.
    • Be proficient in the use of CAD software and PDMS model design.
